Great home theater packet as a nice price
I just want over hire each of you know that the dav-s300 is an awesome deal. I have had it as 3-4 months now, and i love it.
The sound is awesome, even though the total output may be 120 watts, it is greater than enough, trust me on the one. If you don’t trust me, succeed tune in as yourself and succeed over your local electronics store. You come to the features of a pro logic, dolby surround sound, and dts modes. Plus, you come to each kinds of different modes of listening like hall, jazz club, live house, and stuff. The installation as the speakers is really easy, cause the wires are color coded as each speaker. Did i mention you also come to an am/fm tuner which you can preset 30 station to?
Visually, it is amazing. You have a choice of either using the standard rca cables or s-video. The unit can play dvd’s, cd’s and video cd’s. The s-video is does an awesome job of making dvd’s front great. You have over come to a decent tv though over present dvd’s justice. A wega and the one unit would be a great combo.
The design of the unit is aesthetically pleasing also. I need say, the one one of the coolest dvd’s player out there. It just looks calmness with the silver casings and each. Everything, the speakers, unit, and subwoofer are each the one color. Plus the unit is then small and compact. The size of the unit is like a vcr. The length of the unit is the same vcr but the height is shorter. As i mentioned beforehand, the one unit goes very well with the Sony DAVS300 Home Theater wega tv’s.
My only qualm is that sony did not add component video outputs. But who can tell the difference unless you compare the s-video and component video side over side?
Overall, i would recommend the one over anyone and everyone. A strong recommendation goes over the people out there who will be purchasing there first a/v system or anyone who will come to the one as a bedroom or a small room. I don’t know how on earth sony was able over cram each these stellar features in the one small unit, but whatever they did, they sure did an awesome job. Thank you sony.
